Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings All boarding stays are subject to availability and confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received. We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly around holidays.

2. Vaccinations and health All dogs staying at Barkingham Lodge must be up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatment, and free from contagious illness. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog that does not meet these requirements.

3. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of a stay will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date may forfeit the deposit, as we may be unable to re-book the space at short notice. No-shows will be charged in full. If something comes up, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll always try to find a fair solution.

4. Liability While every care is taken to keep your dog safe and happy during their stay, Barkingham Lodge cannot be held responsible for illness, injury, loss, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Behaviour We ask owners to disclose any behavioural concerns prior to booking. We reserve the right to end a stay early if a dog's behaviour poses a risk to itself, other dogs, or staff.
